These Terms govern the use of applications and services provided by Alyaka Studio.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Apps.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Apps for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. Advertising
Some Apps may contain third-party advertisements.
Advertising services may be provided through Google AdMob or similar providers.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Apps may offer:
- Ad removal
- Premium features
- Monthly subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions
- Lifetime premium access
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
5. Free Trial
Some yearly subscription plans may include a free trial period for eligible users.
If not canceled before the end of the trial period, subscriptions may automatically convert into paid subscriptions.
6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. Lifetime Premium Access
Lifetime premium access provides permanent access to premium features available at the time of purchase.
Alyaka Studio may introduce future AI-powered tools, online services, or additional premium features that may not be included in existing lifetime purchases.
8. Apple-Specific Terms
This agreement is concluded between you and Alyaka Studio, not Apple Inc.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
